With over 18 years of experience practicing medicine in various roles, I have had the privilege to build, train, and lead individuals and teams, resulting in exceptional outcomes. Throughout my professional journey as the medical director of an inpatient rehabilitation unit and one of the largest occupational medicine urgent cares nationwide, as well as the chief medical resident at a VA medical center and a nonprofit board member, my primary focus has always been on achieving excellence in my performance.

However, amidst the achievements, I also witnessed the detrimental impact of stress on the well-being and performance of not only my patients and colleagues but also myself. This realization compelled me to embark on a personal quest in search of a solution for a more fulfilling life and work experience for both myself and others.
